This new online review management solution enables digital marketing teams, store operations, and customer experience teams to understand their ratings beyond surface-level information and elevate their social reputation strategies. Chatter for Online Reviews analyzes the customer sentiment behind shopper feedback, as well as a brand’s greatest strengths and weaknesses.
