Montreal, November 9, 2020 – Qello Concerts by Stingray — the world's leading streaming service for full-length, on-demand concerts and music documentaries — has today announced its new For the Fans of AC/DC collection, celebrating the upcoming release of the seminal group’s seventeenth studio album Power Up, out November 13th.
The collection brings together six of the group’s most riotous performances from their most acclaimed tours. One for the ages, Live at Donington captures the band’s show stopping prowess as they headlined their third Monsters Of Rock festival at Castle Donington in 1991. The blistering two hour set is loaded with classics and awesome visuals including firing cannons, the hells bell and a giant inflatable Rosie.
Meanwhile, Live At River Plate is the definitive live concert documenting AC/DC's massive Black Ice world tour in 2009. Shot with 32 cameras entirely in HD, Live At River Plate marks the band’s triumphant return to Buenos Aires, where nearly 200,000 fans and 3 sold-out shows welcomed the band back after a 13-year absence from Argentina.
For the ultimate AC/DC experience, the mammoth Plug Me In — which runs for just over six hours — brings together a unique selection of performances from the vaults of TV & film studios, record labels and fan archives. The result is the most thorough presentation of AC/DC's journey as a live band from their inception to their legendary status today.Other films in collection include the compilation Family Jewels, featuring the group's music videos, live clips and promotional videos from 1975 to 1991, No Bull, recorded at the famous bull-fighting ring Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas in Madrid, and 2008’s Hell’s Highway.
