Please read the following sections to better understand how Stingray processes your Personal Information.

What Personal Information does Stingray collect? Stingray collects information about you that can be used for purposes related to employment, including but not limited to your name, address, application form, CV and prior employment references (collectively, the “Personal Information”). Why does Stingray process your Personal Information? Stingray has a legitimate interest in processing your Personal Information during the recruitment process and for keeping records of such process.

Who has access to your Personal Information? Stingray may transfer, store and otherwise process your Personal Information (both electronically and manually) outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) (and in particular, but without limitation, to and in the United States and Canada, and any other country in which Stingray operates). The European Commission has recognized Canada and the United States (limited to the Privacy Shield framework) as providing adequate protection to personal data. As a result, Stingray may transfer your Personal Information from the EEA to these countries without any further safeguard being necessary. When your Personal Information is transferred from the EEA to other countries (or to the United States without the Privacy Shield framework) that have not received such adequacy decision from the European Commission, Stingray takes steps to ensure that the Personal Information is adequately protected by appropriate technical, organizational, contractual or other lawful means.

For how long does Stingray keep your Personal Information? If your application is unsuccessful, Stingray will hold your Personal Information on file for future reference to contact you about similar job openings. If your application is successful, your Personal Information will be transferred to your employee file and retained for a period provided for in your employment contract.
