Stingray Digital Group has filed a complaint against the CBC and its free music streaming service claiming it has an unfair advantage because it has access to government funding. The hearing will be commencing on November 7th 2012 at 9:00 a.m., at the Conference Centre, Phase IV, 140 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec.
