30 Concerts Films by the Biggest Names in Music Now Available Free On-Demand on MagentaTV, the MagentaMusik 360 Web, and Mobile Apps
Montreal, March 21, 2019 – Users of Telekom’s MagentaTV, MagentaMusik 360 web, and mobile apps are now guaranteed the best seat in the house for performances by the biggest music stars of today and yesterday. Stingray today announced that a selection of titles from Stingray Qello, its service that transforms any screen into a live concert experience, is available free On-Demand to MagentaTV and MagentaMusik 360 subscribers in Germany. Telekom users will now have access to an expertly-curated selection of 100 popular concerts by world-class headliners with shows added monthly, ensuring that music fans can always tune in to new, exhilarating content. Fans of Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Paul McCartney, Pharell Williams, Imagine Dragons, the Rolling Stones (and many more) will thrill at accessing sold-out performances by their favourite artists at the touch of a button, anywhere, anytime.
Stingray Qello, which has been described by Forbes as “the Netflix of concert films and documentaries,” is already included in the On-Demand offering of major players in the global SVOD market such as Amazon Channels, Apple TV, and Roku. This distribution agreement with Telekom, one of Europe’s largest telecommunications providers, marks Stingray Qello’s entry in the German B2B OTT market following the recently announced deals with Toya (Poland) and Get (Norway).
Telekom’s MagentaMusik 360 is one of the top destinations for leading music offers and live concert and festival experiences in Germany, using the latest VR and 360-degree technology. Telekom’s TV offering bundles conventional TV, media and video libraries, streaming services, and exclusive content on a single platform. Furthermore, music fans can enjoy their favorite artists in the media library of the MagentaMusik 360 app, free of charge for both Android and iOS devices, and on the corresponding website.
